Hi! I'm Aliza Rivka, founder of Mariposa Movement. I’m a Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist and DJ Priestess on a mission to help people wake up—to their bodies, their power, and their joy.
But I wasn’t always here. Seven years ago, my body stopped me in my tracks. Autoimmune symptoms. Burnout. A deep knowing that I was out of alignment.
When nothing else worked, I asked my body what it needed. The answer? Sunlight. Ocean. Jungle. Dance.
Six months later, I left my NYC life behind and landed in Costa Rica. And it changed everything. My body healed. My work deepened. I discovered what it truly means to trust my body’s wisdom.
Now, I guide others on this path—teaching people like you to lead transformational movement experiences that awaken, heal, and liberate.
